How do I know when my account has been approved?
You will receive email confirmation with additional information to the email address you provided from an 8Ten Parts representative when your account has been approved.
How do I find past orders & invoices?
Past orders and their invoices can be found under the “My account” tab at the top of the screen, and then under the “My orders” tab.
How long will it take to receive my parts?
8Ten Parts takes pride in its fast & reliable shipping. Orders placed before 3PM EST are processed the same day, and are received virtually everywhere in the lower 48 states in the USA within 2-3 business days.
