Frequently Asked Questions

We work fast! To ensure your package reaches you as quickly as possible, we are not able to make changes once you hit "submit."

  • Need to cancel? Reach out to us right away and we will see if cancelation is an option. If it is not, your order will ship and you can return your item(s) once your package arrives.
  • Need a different size or item? You can easily start a return your package is delivered. We do not offer exchanges, only returns and then repurchase.

You can find your order number in two places:

  • Your Account: Log in and select "My Orders."
  • Your Inbox: Check the confirmation email sent right after you placed your order.

All order update emails will be sent to the email used to place the order. Be sure to check your email for accuracy and also your spam folder just in case.

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes of placing your order, please contact us and we would be happy to assist.

You can find your tracking information in two places:

  • Your Account: Log in and select "My Orders", then select the order you want to track. The tracking number will be shown once the items have shipped
  • Your Inbox: Check the shipping confirmation email sent after your items have shipped.

Please note that your items may ship in multiple packages and tracking for each shipment will update once they have shipped.


Yes we do! All orders outside of the USA and Canada will ship with rates based on destination location. Shipping rates will be provided during the checkout process. Batteries can not ship outside of the contiguous United States.

If your order was canceled, there may be a few reasons why. 

1. Your order was flagged for fraudulent activity - This could be due to credit card information not matching to the address on file. Be sure to validate all information is accurate and replace your order.
2. The item you ordered is no longer in-stock - On occasion, our system may not update inventory quick enough when we are experience a high volume of orders containing the same item. This could result in an order cancelation due to lack of inventory.

Our return process is simple! We accept returns of new and original condition items within 60 days of purchase. Return shipping is free on all domestic and Canadian orders. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns from international addresses at this time.

Every product we sell is backed with an industry leading 810 Day limited warranty. If you need to submit a warranty claim, please visit our Warranty Policy page to review the exemptions and submit the form.
